Abstract_pl:

Artykuł odpowiada na pytanie, w jaki sposób język, którym posługuje się autor tekstu wyjściowego, wpływa na pracę tłumacza i kształt tekstu w języku docelowym. Rozważana jest kwestia funkcji estetyki i jej kształtowania się w przekładzie. Analizowane przykłady pochodzą z opowiadania serbskiego prozaika Miodraga Bulatovicia pt. "Nema povratka". Opracowanie zawiera również podsumowanie strategii, które musi zastosować tłumacz w celu nadania tekstowi estetyki zgodnej z prezentowaną przez utwór oryginalny.

Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to answer the question how the autor`s style influences the work of the translator. The analyzed examples come from the story "Nema povratka" written by Miodrag Bulatović. The final part of the article summarises the process of translation and indicates various difficulties that have arisen during this process. The most important conclusion is that autor`r aesthetics is present in the form of translation.
